About the cottages

Newly converted buildings enjoying fabulous open views of the Ochil and Trossachs Hills, Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument which can be seen on clear days.

There are three similar cottages each containing 1 ground floor, bedroom and 1 shower room. Both are suitable for wheelchair access.

Open plan kitchen and living areas with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor area.

The kitchen is well equipt with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, gas hob and electric fan oven. There is a six place dining table and chairs, full screen TV, modern comfortable leather suites with recliners. Patio doors from the living area open out to back area with quality decking and additional parking area. The use of an enclosed hot tub is available on request for free of charge.

The properties are on the banks of two former drinking water reservoirs and are currently used as a sporting trout fishery by fly and batt anglers. Day ticket are available.

The cottages are run by the owners Jim and Jacqui Gargaro who live on the site are able to help with any enquiries you may have.

There is ample car parking and a drying area for cycles.
